What’s easier, to sell to a customer that you see often or go through the white or yellow pages making sales calls to strangers? If you’re like most people the answer is obvious, the customer you see often. It’s important to keep and continue relationships with customers that you deal with often. Whether in person, on the phone, or by some other way, when you keep in contact with your customers you are keeping your competitors at bay. It generally takes more of your time to get new customers then to keep a current one, and during tough times when competition gets fierce, it’s more important than ever to fight for your customers.
